  • Potential buyers will be contacted alerting them of your new listing
  • Open Houses will be held, if desired
  • Showings will be professionally scheduled through our centralized showing solutions
  • All marketing activities and progress will be communicated with the homeowner
  • Regular monthly market updates will be provided to identify sales & competition- this ensures we are being competitive and are priced well
  • We will obtain & communicate feedback from all showings
  • We will perform weekly reverse prospect searches and contact the buyer’s agents letting them know about your home
  • Your home will be advertised in Tucker Talks Homes Magazine
