Here's your chance to step into an established restaurant location and make it your own! Formerly home to Shively's Barbecue, this commercial property has successfully operated as a restaurant for approximately 6 years (formerly The Whitehouse before that and was in business for 73 years) and is ready for its next chapter. The sellers are leaving the restaurant setup and the majority of the equipment, giving the new owner an incredible opportunity to hit the ground running without the expense and hassle of starting from an empty building. Much of what you need to open the doors is already here-bring your concept, your menu, and your vision! Whether you're an experienced restaurateur ready for your next venture or an entrepreneur who has always dreamed of owning a restaurant, this property offers the foundation to get started. A rare opportunity to purchase an established, equipped restaurant location in Logansport-turn the key and start building your own success story!
