Hello! This beautiful home is located in the Merrimac community of Westfield which is located at 146th and Springmill. Merrimac is only 2mi. from US31 and State road 32, only 9 mi. from Michigan road. Merrimac offers a large recreation center, more than fun! This large two level home offers 5 bedrooms with new carpet! You'll use the finished basement with new carpet, great for movies, play area etc. Yes it has a home office and formal dining room. The entire main floor is covered in expensive hardwood. Since the 3 car garage is a side load garage the front of the house looks better than a house with a front load garage. Listen to this! In the back yard there is a large in ground swimming pool, it's worth tens of thousands of dollars. There is more, there is a large community pond behind the house, this home site costs thousands of dollars extra. This back yard offers you a vacation at home. Of course the back yard is fenced in too. You owe it to yourself to see this house this week, it's worth it.
