About Kelly

Since 1993, Kelly has been working in real estate. As a high school student, Kelly worked as a receptionist at the F.C. Tucker Company. She learned early on, that real estate was in her blood. Kelly Todd has been a licensed NAR member in Indiana since 2001. She began her career as an agent with the F.C. Tucker Company, where she spent the first 20 years. Born and raised in Indianapolis, she attended Washington Township schools and Indiana University where she earned a BS in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business and a minor in Psychology. Kelly served as a director for MIBOR and was the President of the MIBOR Service Corporation (MSC). Kelly was a director for the Indiana Association of REALTORS® from 2019-2021. She has served on MIBOR's Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for many years.

 

Kelly is excited to be a Founding Broker with Compass Real Estate of Indiana. Her team has career sales in excess of $320,000,000 and over 895 units, as of 2022. 

 

​When not in the office, you will find Kelly playing tennis, traveling, or redecorating an already-decorated room. She loves walking her 2 pups and unwinds with a good Negroni. She resides in Meridian Kessler with her husband and three children.

 

Kelly is an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, and a volunteer for several community organizations.
